Harmonised crowdfunding regulations in the European Union have been adopted on November 10th, 2021. They will allow crowdfunding platforms to operate cross-border and offer investment and fundraising opportunities to more people.
Even though the final technical standards that must be implemented by crowdfunding platforms are yet to be approved by the European Commission, there are some ground rules that we already know.
