Today recipes is one of the best and most eaten dishes in the whole Spain, you cannot beat a good Tortilla de Patata! The traditional spanish omelette cannot be beat, it is just excellent and a perfect combination of simple ingredients!

Ingredients:
4-5 medium sized potatoes
1 Onion
2 cloves of garlic
6-7 eggs
Excellent Spanish omelet! And good call with slicing the potatoes thin – I think that is better too!

I lived in Spain. This was one of my favorite foods. Also a lemon chicken recipe that I can't seem to duplicate. It was made in a terra cotta baking dish. Fantastic! Thanks for sharing this. Nice video set up.
