StartEngine Review–CrowdFunding Angel Investing

Compartir en:

Not too long ago, only high-wealth individuals could invest into start-up companies. Now, with new regulations, anyone can invest as little as 250 dollars in a start-up and possibly see huge upsides. I looked at StartEngine’s platform to connect angel investors and start-up companies to see how to go about investing in a new business. On StartEngine.com, you could invest in companies as diverse as joint replacement technology or fitness trainers. You choose the companies that resonate with you and can invest for as little as 250 dollars without being an accredited investor.

The jobs act was passed April 5 2012 not 2015 or 2016 like she is saying

Big Thanks that was a Great tutorial. I have bought in to Start Engine but needed more explanation. I hope you do some more videos down the road to understand when money can be pulled out or when things go up or down.

It's so much jargon that comes with this it's very confusing. I invested in a tequila company 2 years ago….. And since the company doesn't have any plans of going public I can't get a ROI until they decide to sell them back to me at the price they want……this while thing seems somewhat sketchy.

Hello. I am beginner investor/stockholder. I started investing in Stash earlier this year. I just became interested in Start Engine recently. A company that I am interested in is offering is $271 minimum and it is a Reg CF. I have a couple questions. Do I have to reveal my Annual Income/Net worth before investing? The $10 fees I am pretty comfortable with, but I am a bit confused about the bonus fee. It's $275/ year so is that the cost on top of the $271 that I want to invest in the company? Please let me know at your earliest convenience. Thank you in advance.
