I was on board until he said that culture has made us believe that the love of money is the root of all evil. Sorry that's not culture that's the Bible, much older than anything in our modern culture. And it remains true to this day, if you love money more than you love God, it will poison your life.

Starting early is the best way of getting ahead to build wealth, investing remains a priority. The stock market has plenty of opportunities to earn a decent payouts, with the right skills and proper understanding of how the market works.

An asset puts money in my pocket. Liability takes money out of my pocket. This definition made it crystal clear that indeed it can be of help in my life. Financial aptitude is very essential.

The most valuable properties in Monopoly are the orange properties. Not Boardwalk and Park Place. The reason is because they get landed on more. Lots of community chest and chance chards that user you past Boardwalk and Park Place. Also since building houses on each of the blocks is the same as you go down the block and the rent goes up, each end property has the highest return on investment.

The orange properties are assets. Boardwalk is a liability since it costs so much to build and doesn't generate much income.
