Equitybee Review - Employee Stock Options Platform # equity crowdfunding #restricted stock units

Equitybee video explanation.

EquityBee helps startup employees get the money they need to exercise their stock options before they expire by connecting them to investors who provide them with the capital to do so.

EquityBee helps employees unlock the value of their equity on one side – and on the other – give investors access to an asset class they could not access before private startups.

Why would anyone invest in this platform when they can make so much more money on other platforms such as microventure, equityzen or linqto and others. Investor takes on all the risk but they limit your upside to a small percentage of the benefit. They don't get shares cheaper than other platforms and they are not companies that are not available elsewhere.

Cannot take this company seriously, seem like they have little to no idea what they are doing.
No transparency on allocations which I find to be troubling Should be very simple to execute an allocation yet its not.
    Going to stick with Forge.
