In this video, we have discussed how a school can raise funds from the student’s parents for setting up a new computer lab using smart contracts and blockchain.
Crowdfunding is an event of funding a project or venture by raising money from a large number of people. There are different websites available that help you in raising fund from the crowd for your purpose. Since these websites are built on web2 hence they are centralized and the chance of doing fraud increases.
Blockchain being decentralized solves this issue. Due to its decentralized nature, it’s hard for someone to control and manipulate the network.
