LMAOOOOOOO 15:45. Retired MMA fighter here. I was struggling a little with mood because my back is a little tricky these days as opposed to my fighting days when I weight lifted and stayed very active. I decided for my back & general health to challenge myself to get down to my fighting weight and settle back at a healthier weight. My man is on point. Easiest cut I've ever had.

I want to be a drummer, learn a new language and get my fitness back. Every time I try, my depression and anxiety talks me into fearing failure. Then I feel like I'm failing everyone I love. I want to push forward and get my life back in my control and not have my negative thoughts constantly dragging me down. I'm going to try, one. Last. Time. Failure is not an option this time.
