Lack of infrastructure has been the biggest roadblock to banking in the remote parts of India, where opening and manning a bank branch becomes too expensive.
FSS in collaboration with CSB Bank tackles this problem by launching FSS Smart Cash – a ‘Branch in a Box’ setup that provides a one-stop shop for banking, investment and lending services. FSS is going to setup 1000+ Smart Cash outlets in semi-urban and rural areas across India to expand financial services adoption among the underbanked.
