Chuckie Reddy, QED Investments Partner, issues a warning to venture capitalists of a correction in Silicon Valley with CNBC’s Melissa Lee and the Fast Money traders.
I have been buying some stocks since the beginning of the year, but nothing substantial. Why am I treating this poorly? However, people in the same profession are earning six figures on articles, which inspires me to aim toward becoming the first person in my polygamous family to hit the million dollar mark. I am perfectly aware that working harder to gain more money is expensive.
That's what could make this recession much deeper and longer because so many bad companies that are hanging on and on life support can no longer get easily available funding at low costs of capital. This has been building for 12+ years now and it would be a good thing for the health of the global economy if these zombie companies get wiped out completely. It probably makes giants like Amazon even bigger, but that's another problem.
These are fantastic takes, I feel exceptionally lucky I started investing in my early 40s and consistently compounded my income via assets to create more cash flow. I grew to a 7 figure well-diversified portfolio having exposure to different prolific investments mainly savings account, stocks, bonds and high yield dividend funds. Forever grateful to my adviser Gregory Thomas Patchak. Passive income is mandatory for building long term wealth.
Silicon Valley VCs have been stuffing money into fake tech for years. Their mantra has always been that "growth" is valued exponentially more than profits and sticking to "asset light business models" that are nothing but monopolies exempt from all the laws and regulations that current companies obey. The failure of SVB was not small, not isolated, and not limited to one little regulatory exemption. If SVB had been SIFI there would have been absolutely no difference other than paying for more paperwork. The failure of SVB was due to cronies of the VC rich finding a way to stick the banking system with the high risk of the VC industry.

Silicon Valley is the space between two fake boobs.

Growing as in becoming unrealistically overvalued, yes.
And this is why you have to vote for Biden in 2024. President Biden is the best ever on earth in human history.
Only president Biden can bring glory back to silicon valley. Under Biden's leadership, silicon valley will keep growing for eternity.
