What doesn't any of these videos show how to accept or deny followers request? There is two buttons with two symbols that don't mean anything to me. Witch symbol means accept and witch one means deny?

Wrong off the mark. People don't want Parler to become a platform for conservatives, they want it to be for everyone, where you CAN debate without being blocked from it all. It's not a case of twitter vs parler, people are moving to parler because twitter censors anyone that isn't left wing
